The Woodlands Golf Course is less than a mile from the home's front door and the SHARC facilities are just a short drive or bike ride away. Daily admission can be purchased directly at the center.



The inviting interior showcases strong natural lighting and recent updates including new furnishings and appliances. A fireplace and smart TV make the perfect centerpiece for family gatherings in the living room. The stainless steel full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking. A private gas grill and outdoor dining table let you make the most of summer days with barbecues out on the deck. The garage has been converted into a game room with features including a foosball table and Ping-Pong. There's also cornhole for added outdoor fun. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
