The Space:

This air-conditioned condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The private bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV, while the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, mounted Smart TV with streaming capability, and a comfortable space to relax after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and counter seating for dining. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding pines. Additional amenities include WiFi throughout and parking for two vehicles in the resort lot.

The condo includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Please note that pets are not permitted and there is no washer or dryer in the unit. This is a ground-floor condo accessed by a short flight of stairs going down.

Guests enjoy access to Mount Bachelor Village Resort amenities, including a year-round spa, seasonal outdoor pool (open through Labor Day), nature trails connecting to the Deschutes River Trail, playground, game room, athletic club, and on-site restaurant.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum in the resort lot. AWD or 4WD required during winter months for safe travel to and around the property. Pool keycard provided with unit and must be returned at checkout. The unit is located in Ski House I on the bottom floor with stairs leading down to the entrance.



The Neighborhood:

🏔️ Mount Bachelor Village Resort sits between downtown Bend and the Cascade Mountains. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are within a few miles, offering riverside shopping and dining at spots like Deschutes Brewery and 10 Barrel Brewing. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes away. The resort's nature trail connects to the Deschutes River Trail for direct river access. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a 20-minute drive, the largest ski area in Oregon. Wanoga Sno-Park with miles of winter trails is 15 minutes away. The High Desert Museum and Newberry National Volcanic Monument including Lava River Cave are a short drive south. Pilot Butte trailhead offers hiking and volcano views within Bend city limits.



Getting Around:

Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is 20 minutes west via Century Drive. Downtown Bend is under 10 minutes east on South Century Drive to Highway 97. Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes away for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes from the resort. Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway access is 20 minutes west for summer lake activities. Redmond Municipal Airport is approximately 30 minutes north via Highway 97.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found
