Welcome to your penthouse in the pines! Located in NW Bend, a short walk from NWX, this 3-bedroom home features 2 fireplaces, 2 full baths, a soaking tub, a fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Recently updated with fresh paint and new furnishings, this space is designed to feel cozy, clean and relaxing, with all the comforts of home. 10 mins from downtown, 30 mins from Mount Bachelor.
The space
Your private entrance is located at the end of the driveway, on the back side of the house. You'll unlock the door with your guest code and then go up a full flight of stairs to enter the rental unit.

LIVING SPACE
The main living space features an open floor plan. Brazilian cherrywood floors add warmth and charm throughout the home. A sectional sofa, recliner and comfortable leather chair encourage you to relax by the fireplace or kick back and watch your favorite show on the brand new 65" TV.

We offer free YouTube TV to all our guests, with 85+ top channels of entertainment, news, live sports and more, plus unlimited recording space (DVR). You can also log in to your favorite streaming apps on our TVs if you have your own account, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and more!

KITCHEN + DINING
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for making coffee, cooking delicious meals on the 5-burner cooktop, and storing plenty of groceries in the full size refrigerator and walk-in pantry. There are 2 coffee makers, a toaster oven, full size oven, microwave, electric kettle, and many more kitchen items. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 6.

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) + FULL BATHROOM 1
Down the hallway, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-size innerspring luxury plush mattress, matching side tables and lamps on either side of the bed, a good size closet with hangers, a large dresser, a full-length mirror, a fireplace and a new 50" TV. The master bathroom is en-suite and includes a private toilet room, a double vanity, a walk-in rain shower and a large soaking tub.

BEDROOM 2
Across the hallway, there's another bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps with USB and USB-C ports, a good size closet with hangers, a large dresser, an accent chair, and a full-length mirror.

BEDROOM 3 + WORK STATION
Just off the main living room is another bedroom with 2 twin beds, bedside tables and lamps with USB and USB-C ports, a work station with a monitor, keyboard and mouse, laptop stand, and a comfortable desk chair, a dresser and place to hang clothes.

FULL BATHROOM 2
The second full bathroom is off the hallway and includes a tile shower with a glass door, a mirrored vanity with storage, and a small window.

LAUNDRY ROOM
You'll also find a laundry room off the hallway, with an LG washer & dryer (brand new in Jan. '22), all natural laundry pods, dryer sheets, and an extendable clothesline. This is also where you'll find extra towels and other helpful household items.

PARKING
We offer 1 guest parking spot on the driveway. There is additional free parking on the street, but we ask that you bring a maximum of 3 cars.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The gated front yard is available for guest use, featuring two Adirondack chairs and a small table. There are also plenty of parks nearby.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire space as well as the front yard area.

Note the rental unit is connected to our home, but your space is completely private with its own entrance. Most of the rental is above our 3-car garage, but a few of the bedrooms are above our main living space, so you may hear occasional noise (we have a toddler). We are generally very quiet between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am and we do our best to be mindful of noise and respectful of our guests.
Other things to note
Please note: as recommended by Airbnb, we require guests to sign a lease for any rental periods longer than 45 days. This is a standard Oregon state lease for month-to-month rentals and you can sign it digitally.
