Downtown Bend, the Deschutes River, Old Mill District and Mt. Bachelor access are all conveniently close, making this an ideal home base for both outdoor adventures and exploring Bend’s vibrant food, shopping and entertainment scene.

Upstairs Living & Gathering Spaces
-The main level features a bright, modern, and cozy open-concept living and dining area, creating an inviting space for everyone to gather. The spacious kitchen is well stocked and offers plenty of counter space, making it easy for multiple chefs to cook and enjoy meals together.
-The upstairs primary suite offers a private-feeling retreat with a comfortable king bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the fully fenced backyard.
-A convenient half bathroom is located upstairs between the entryway and laundry room. The laundry room is located near the garage entrance and features a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience.
Downstairs Retreat
-Downstairs offers a second den-style living room, giving guests an additional space to relax, watch TV, play games, or simply spread out.
-Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs—one featuring a queen bed and the other a full bed. These rooms share a full bathroom, making the downstairs layout ideal for families, kids, or additional guests.
Outdoor Space
-Step outside to the fully fenced backyard and enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting. The back deck features a fire table with comfortable seating for up to six guests, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, or exploring Bend.
-A convenient rear gate provides direct access toward Shevlin Park Road and the nearby bike path, offering an easy way to get out and explore the area.
Garage & Parking
-The garage includes a small workbench, sink, and TV, providing a useful space for storing and working on outdoor gear.
-The garage can accommodate one midsize SUV or two small sedans. The driveway provides additional parking for two vehicles.

Please note: after booking your stay and prior to your arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement form. We will contact you to coordinate signature.

Cancellation Policy
Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. If you are making your reservation for summer time months please be aware of the risk of wildfire smoke in the surrounding areas impacting air quality. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance with your transaction to protect you if needed. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.
