Surrounded by grass, this condo is in a convenient and peacefully traffic-free location near the Village, SHARC, and bike trails. It's located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and immediately faces the 10th green of the Meadows Golf Course. And should you be so inclined, a wave of your hand will stop the golf course refreshment cart that periodically comes by the front room deck!

This getaway is perfect for a pair of couples, old friends. Golfers will enjoy the view of the green . Nearby, you can visit the Sunriver Stables for horseback riding, the marina to rent stand-up paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks, or the Nature Center and Observatory for education about the area and a glimpse through one of the giant telescopes. SHARC is also close, featuring pools and hot tubs - six passes are provided. Sunriver and the surrounding area are known mainly for outdoor activities. Mountain bike or run on over 300 miles of trail, hike or kayak around one of the many lakes on the Cascade Lakes Highway, or climb a mountain if you're bold. In the winter, Mt. Bachelor is just a 20-mile drive from the resort, so you can quickly enjoy world-class skiing. The Village at Sunriver also features an ice skating rink, and you can cross-country ski right around the resort!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
