Cozy family vacation home is close to Mt Bachelor, Sno-Parks, Cascades Lakes, High Desert Museum, Lava Butte and Lava River Cave, Newberry National Volcanic Monument, Smith Rock State Park, downtown Bend, Sisters, Redmond and MANY other outdoorsy adventures, this home is close to all of the best Central Oregon spots. Plus it's close to the Sunriver Village Mall and SHARC and has 8 Sharc passes. It also has everything you need. Book and Stay as long as you want to!

The space
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and 1,600 sq ft reverse single house in the heart of Sunriver. It has a well-equipped kitchen, cozy dining, and spacious living areas. Located in the downtown Village of Sunriver. The owners provide 7 adult bicycles (however, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice, and subject to downtime. Bikes are not available November 1 - May 1).

Perfect spot for me and my two teenage boys

Was down in Bend for an annual baseball tournament. This house was a great spot for myself and two teenage boys. It has a perfect location near the village, is clean and has some great. “extras” with a hot tub and bikes! The host was accommodating in allowing us to extend our stay by a day during at the last minute!

Private, Cozy, and Clean

This was a great, relaxing place to stay with a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean, the fridge was spacious, there was a variety of kitchen ware, the furniture was pretty comfy, and the hot tub felt great (but not all the jets were very powerful all the time). My whole group agreed this would be somewhere we’d love to return to on our next trip.

Mt Batchelor Ski Trip

This is a nice property. We enjoyed the proximity to Mt Batchelor and the hot tub when we returned. The kitchen was well stocked (pans, utinsils etc.) which made the limited cooking we did easy. For those who are planning on cooking full meals you can do that easily in this kitchen. There was a comment about it being a "one butt" kitchen - the kitchen is a "galley" type, but long and spacious. I do caution anyone who has issues with stairs. This is a split level home,primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen living area are on the top level, 2 bedrooms and bath are on the ground floor. Lovely deck and hot tub are accessed on landing betweem upper and lower floor. The upstairs bedroom has a very fashionable king size bed that is elevated. Overall this was just perfect for us. We had an enjoyable stay.

Enjoyable stay with some noteworthy comments

Overall the home is nice, and the location is great (near the village). The issues I have are not things that can be changed easily... (or at all), but it's at least good for future guests to know about them. 1. The windows on the main floor do not open. It would be very nice to have more fresh air, especially since there isn't air conditioning. 2. The bedrooms are very cramped because of the beds. The beds are comfortable, but they are so big that you need to navigate around them tightly to get in and around the room. 3. The kitchen is a "two-butt kitchen" (as we joked all week). It's very tight. Warning: Don't keep any cupboard doors open without warning the other person in the kitchen! 4. There is no access to a half-bath on the main living room/kitchen floor without having to go through the master bedroom. This may not be a big deal for family-only guests, but it's a little awkward if you have friends. Again, I don't fault the house for some of these points; they are mostly a review for future guests. If you know these things and are ok with them, you will enjoy this vacation home.

Comfortable little home

Great little house in sunriver main area. Clean, comfortable. Bikes are a great addition. The bedrooms are crammed tight with the beds and furniture. The decks and porches are a bit crowded as well. Only real complaint would be the garbage and recycling day. 7:30 am and we are awoken to people opening the garage and getting the garbage. Would have just been nice to know ahead Overall great place.

Great House with a Great Location!

My family and I stayed at Oleksandr's place over the summer and had a fantastic time there. The house is walking distance to the mall for shopping and dining and you can easily get on the bike trails as well. Perfect location! The house had everything we needed during our stay. Access to the provided bikes and SHARC passes was awesome! That alone saves you a ton of money. We were arriving during a heat wave and Oleksander was kind enough to pick up a fan and get it set up for our arrival. Awesome place with a great owner. Hope to come back and visit again! Thank you!

Cozy and Great Location

Home is cozy and comfortable and the location is great. Bedrooms are small but the bed in the master was so comfy! The kitchen is upstairs. No access to the bikes during the winter months which is a bummer on sunny days. Owner was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Felt like home…

Large home with plenty of space for all 5 family members. They have bikes in the garage, so that was a nice surprise. Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds - it was too short of a trip! The only downgrade was the decks/outdoor furniture hadn’t been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and the check-in/out process was super easy.

Sunriver was smoky

It's an older property that is a bit run down. There were a lot of stairs which was difficult for my older parents. We probably wouldn't choose that one again. Checking out at 10am is a little ridiculous for vacation and especially with having teens. The location was very close to the village though. It was too bad that we had the worst smoke of the season while we were there and couldn't go out.

Great property

I’ve stayed at multiple homes in Sunriver and this location is perfect for a small family or group. New appliances throughout and well stocked kitchen and BBQ for cooking. Comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms. Location is ideal for walking a short distance into the village if you don’t have a car or want to drive. Owner was quickly responsive to two small issues that were easily rectified. NOTE FOR FAMILIES: this house includes SHARC passes which is great but many areas of Sunriver are short on staffing including SHARC. You can select only one of two times to enjoy these pools and GET THERE EARLY in line to guarantee a spot. They were letting in about 600 people which sounds like a lot but it fills it quick 😇

Great location

My friend and I took our kids here for a stay during the week. The house accommodated two adults and five kids well and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's on a quite cul-de-sac and is within walking distance of the Village which is an added plus! The host was very accommodating with a special request and communicated well.

Close in and well equipped

Comfortable stay for 4 adults and 3 small children. The bedrooms are a little tight, we barely could fit in a pack n play for our infant but we made it work. Nice collection of games and toddler toys provided. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great Sunriver location

The house was comfortable and close to the village and walking/biking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The SHARC passes were a nice touch. If you have a mobile infant or toddler I would bringing a sturdy baby gate. The main living area is upstairs and our toddler was very interested in the stairs.
