Description:
You will enjoy this retro vintage classic Sunriver vacation home. This charming 2 level condo has expansive windows all around to give you a nice light and bright airy feeling. The dining room seating for six plus additional seating with three bar stools. The Tennis Village Condos are each part of a four-plex.

Level 1:
The main level has the dining, kitchen, living and a bedroom with En Suite along with a half bath. The kitchen has a door to outside where there's a small patio. The living space also has a sliding door to outside.

The downstairs bedroom houses two Twin beds that can be made into a King bed, upon request.

Level 2:
Upstairs leads to a loft area with a couch that becomes a Queen bed and a chair. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and houses a King-sized bed. There is also the laundry and a full bath.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.


*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Another Wonderful Stay

This is my second time at this cozy condo and once again, I loved it. Very close to the resort by foot and a 2-minute drive to Sunriver Village for trips to the store, etc. Extremely cute inside and quiet in the evenings, with good beds, bathrooms, etc. Absolutely recommend!

Great place in Sunriver

This is my second stay at this condo. That will tell you everything. I needed a new barbecue and the office took care of it very quickly. Canā€™t say enough about the staff and their kindness. We will be back!

Great place but needs updating

So we would 100% stay here again. Some would be turned off by the grandma from 80s-90s decor but it felt really comfortable and felt like I was staying at my childhood home. The resort surrounding you was super cool and the SHARC passes worked real well too, BUT you need to know that there are some resort amenities that this does not give you access to. The only other thing that was troublesome is that the electrical outlets need to be changed; as in theyā€™re so worn out that they wonā€™t hold the plug anymore. They (phone chargers, kit cGen appliances) would literally fall out from their own weight. On a side note, like morons we left for home with the SHARC passes but the property management worked really well with us and weā€™re courteous and professional when they had every right to be palpably irritated. Overall, a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family, especially for the money.

A perfect low-key fun rental!

This ended up being exactly what I needed for the purposes of staying at the Sunriver Resort: private, close to the lodge itself, and very cute with its loft and retro furnishings. A very nice place all in all.

It is well supplied, but could use more eating utensils. The beds were comfortable, but the linens were sparse and didnā€™t fit the beds well. The location was very convenient, and the SHARC passes were a plus. The biggest drawback is that there are so many decorations that it is virtually impossible to control the dust. The pulls on the curtains were so grubby, it was necessary to wash hands after opening or closing the living room curtains.

This location couldn't have been better for a family wedding at the The Great Hall, Sunriver Resort. The furnishings were retro and the unit was clean. The carpet really needs to be updated. the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the responsiveness of the management company quickly responding to the lack of curtains in the downstairs bedroom. We would certainly consider staying here again, all in all.

Nice place for the money

Furnishings were a bit outdated but we didn't book it for the furnishings. We booked it for the location as we had a wedding to attend at Sunriver Resort. This is what we expected and we had a comfortable time.

Great location and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We visited with two teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds/pillows were so comfortable! Having SHARC passes was fantastic. There were a few extension cords lying around and some spots that were a bit dusty but nothing that affected the trip. Awesome location to get to the village. Cascara was great to communicate with for any questions etc.. If you are planning on cooking there are pans/utensils but you will need to bring your own cooking oil/butter/spices. Great trip though, we would sure stay again.

Wouldnā€™t stay again

While management responded right away to our complaints, there were too many. The house was very dusty with cobwebs everywhere. There were 20 pillows, but no pillowcases or sheets for the pull out. We had issues with both the microwave and dishwasher while we were there. There wasnā€™t enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower. We didnā€™t have the highest expectations based on the pictures, but were still very disappointed. Definitely wonā€™t reserve again.

Good central location

Tennis Village is in a great location right across from the Spa, tennis courts (of course), near the main village with shops and restaurants, and close to all other amenities at Sun River. The photos accurately represent the home with one exception; it was much darker inside, even on a sunny day with the curtains open. This is a four-plex, so you share walls with 3 other units and there isn't really any privacy if you want to relax in one of the outside decks or patio. I've never stayed in a place with a layout like this and sometimes it sounded like someone was walking upstairs when we were both downstairs. The Property Manager, Cascara Vacation Rentals provided excellent service before and during our visit.

Great place for Christmas

Behind the Ā« old fashion Ā» decoration you will find everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen is very well equipped . We had a wonderful Christmas here .

1970s Time Capsule

The character of this place is unmatched! Loved how quirky and fun all the vintage furnishings were. Overall the place was very clean other than some food left behind, a stained mattress pad and a few cobwebs/dust. There were a lot of thoughtful items included that were really useful like a box fan for upstairs, ice cube trays, coffee maker and filters, fresh dish sponge and soap... Overall loved the house and location is awesome, close to the village and the spa. Thanks for a great stay!
