Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could have been better

We encountered a number of issues in the house including: no AC in upstairs, dust, dirty dishes, filthy shower liners, cold showers at times, old bath linens, hard beds, and bikes needing repairs. We would have appreciated mirrors in the bedrooms, another woman’s bike, and clothes storage space upstairs. We did enjoy the large patio and well-stocked kitchen.

Well appointed family retreat

Well equipped for a family - 3 BR down and master suite upstairs allows for appropriate separation between church and state :-). Best Hot Tub I've had the pleasure of using in all of Sunriver...and there are quite a few. Lots of goodies in the kitchen to make morning coffee and cooking a breeze.

Overall great trip! Cleanliness upon arrival was not there

The location is right across from the playground but is some distance from anything else. The house was well stocked but lacked cleanliness upon arrival. We received a text asking about our arrival and responded with a low rating on the house being clean along with 2 pictures (one with a diaper we found in the upstairs closet and one from under the kItchen sink). No one replied to the text and the email with the pictures and our drop in to the Vacasa office fell on deaf ears. We are still waiting for our cleaning fee to be reimbursed since we spent our first hour there cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Otherwise, it’s a great house!

Clean and comfortable

The property is a bit smaller than our usual and we missed having another bathroom. While a bit dated and used, the furnishings were fine with the exception of the shower fixtures which were challenging to adjust. Frequently got cold water if any other water usage occurred anywhere in the house. Nice hot tub. Great location. Had to call VRBO to get the pass code the day before our arrival as it had not been sent before that.

Family Vacation

Stayed with our adult children and one 2 year old (6 adults and 1 child). The bedrooms worked out great for us. The house is in a great location near the biking trails and Fort Rock Park. It's also an easy walk to the river or down to the village. In general, it worked out great for us with the big patio, hot tub, and dining table for eating or games. The kitchen is very well stocked. My only bad comment is that the house could have been a little cleaner (rug in master was old and stained; vertical blinds and windows need to be cleaned). Not a big deal, but they give a bad first impression. The rest of the house was fine, and especially considering they allow pets. So, it was a good house for us, but could have been a little cleaner.

Perfect pandemic retreat

We rented this house with my niece and her husband. The layout was great for our party of 6. We enjoyed the open common space, hot tub, and trails with access to nearby lava lands and other parks. Enjoyed a few days of skiing at Bachelor, mountain biking and running. Kitchen was very well appointed and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a good deal.

Loved the location. Nice backyard, with large patio area. Close to Ft. Rock park, which was nice because we had our dogs with us. They loved it! So many trails throughout Sunriver and the home location was just a few steps away to have access to all of them. As for the inside of the home. We had everything we needed, as far as amenities. Kitchen could have used some foil and/or baggies for storing food in fridge though. And, we would have given the cleanliness a 5 star rating, but we noticed the place could have been dusted a bit better-especially some of the ceiling fans and cobwebs on the blinds etc.. And the outside grill, while nice with a full propane tank, was nevertheless very dirty. But overall, I'd recommend this property to friends and family. We love Sunriver/Bend and we really had a nice time at 11 Lark Lane. You can't beat the location!

Great cabin

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. The location was great and we loved that it was so close to the park. The home is well equipped and the layout worked well for our family of four with two young kids. There were a few minor issues like the toilet paper holder falling off the wall and the dishwasher could be replaced as it doesn’t clean very well. But overall the place is fantastic and we had a great experience.

Nice House - Horrible Beds

My family of 6 and a dog liked this house. It was well stocked, conveniently located near fort rock park and pretty central to all that Sunriver has to offer. We had an issue with the listing, but the management took care of it right away. It was a nice stay, but we can't give it 5 stars for a few other reasons. The beds were terrible. There were plenty of linens, but the 2 King beds and the lower bunk bed were so hard even my younger kids woke up stiff and not well rested. The Queen bed in the down stairs bedroom was great. So was the top bunk. We had seen on other review that said the beds were bad, but seeing it was only 1 review we took the chance. The beds are the reason we won't rent this unit again. The Clothes washer wouldn't do a final spin, so the clothes had to be wrung out before putting them in the tired dryer. The drier took two 70 minute cycles on "hi heat" to get 6 bath towels dry. Overall, this is a nice comfortable house except the beds. IMHO if the owner replaced the mattresses with better quality mattresses; they would retain repeat customers.

Clean home in a great location

We loved our stay here overall. The location was convenient and the bikes were great. The one drawback was that the beds were not that comfortable. We played musical beds trying to get more comfortable at night.

Charming, cozy cabin in Sunriver

We were very pleased with the property. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Hot tub was nice and warm, although it did have half of the jets disconnected. We just rotated around to the working jets. Only thing that bothered us was the ultra-super-mega thin paper products. It might cost half as much, but we end up using 10 times as much since it tears apart in your hands. :)
