Welcome to 'The Cabin'! This is an adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a great location near Fort Rock Park, the SHARC and the Village. Itā€™s not the biggest place in Sunriver but it might be the coziest. The location, 7 Mt Hood Lane, is incredibly private yet there is easy access to bike paths to get you where you want to go. The cabin is equipped with a hot tub, fireplace, and heated ski storage locker off the front deck. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeping for 4) and the other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. They share the upstairs bathroom. A new gas BBQ is on the south facing deck for your enjoyment. Expansive living room windows look out to forest of ponderosa and lodge pole pines. The kitchen is smaller, with updated appliances, and opens to the dining and living room. Large, flat screen TV in living room with Wii and play station. Foosball table available for your enjoyment! Come for an epic ski weekend or a week of relaxation in the heart of Sunriver.

8 SHARC passes included for unlimited swimming, tubing and recreating!

This is a such a wonderful little cabin, in a great location. We were in Sunriver for a family reunion, and the easy access to the bike trails made visiting family so simple, and so close to the SHARC too! We had a wonderful week.

This is our sixth annual summer trip to Sunriver and the best location to date! We loved the easy access to trails that took us to the river or the park. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked very well even with the 100+ degree heat. We plan to stay again next summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the air conditioning is a great bonus since it was in the upper 90s when we were there. House was very clean, beds were comfortable - my only complaint was a small master bedroom bed - weā€™re used to a king size. Outside deck was great - bike/walking path right behind house for east trips to town & a quick 1 mile walk to the river. Overall a great stay & would stay here again!

Location in just in between fort rock and nature preserve which are our families favorite spots. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, Foose table, and Wii. Adults enjoyed the AC and living room/dining room open space. The cul dec sac is large so kids can bike around it safely. A bike trail is in the back so easy access and fun to people watch. The BBQ was clean, functional, and had propane which is always a hit or miss in rental properties.

The house has a great layout. Kitchen has crockpot, griddle, and cast iron. There were plenty of towels for swimming and showering. Foosball for the kids was great! The hot tub was huge.

We really enjoyed staying here. The cabin is beautiful and was very clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and it was a great place to just hang out and relax. There are thoughtful touches throughout the cabin such as all of the bunk beds have a shelf to charge devices and a little light. This was our first time in Sunriver and it was a great community. Lots of walking and bike paths. Lots to do. My daughter liked the SHARC center. Our greyhound loved the squirrels and that there are absolutely no fireworks on the 4th of July.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The cabin was cozy. My only complaint is the SHARC limited swim hours from 3:30-5:30 Wed-Friday makes swimming crowded and difficult to get in. With so much demand why are the hours so limited?

My best friend and our kids meet in Sunriver every spring break. This year there was a ton of snow and we almost canceled. We have amazing communication with the property owner. She was so sweet and was able to be flexible with our check in and departure time. The house was way better than the pictures showed. Updated appliances and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table. Small house but plenty comfortable for the six of us. Close to everything. Would recommend and stay again.

The House was nice...the cable box upstairs kept shutting off every 15 minutes cause it would get hot...the big TV downstairs kept turning the volume up real loud by itself...and the stove/oven would keep shutting off saying error...but we made the best of it and had fun...it is a nice house and location though..

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It has all the things we want in a Sunriver home: bikes, SHARC passes, hot tub, fireplace, cozy couches, comfy beds, allows pets, has all the basics you need, and more! It's also a really quick bike ride into the town center if don't want to drive. We'll be back for sure!
