Hey, im sorry about your experience, We do have parking in the dirtlot next to us and in the back behind the fence, so parking should not have been an issue, Im sorry about that. It was not properly communicated to you and that is our fault. We did have a big event last night in our backyard so sometimes bathrooms can be extra used on those nights. We usually have great reviews, but I can understand walking into a big music event night and feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate your honest feedback with us and next time your in town, Id love to offer You a couple free Beers from our beertruck as an apology.-Matthew

We appreciate your review! Being the oldest brick building in Bend, there certainly are quirks to the property, like narrow stairs! We do have central AC and each room is equipped with an extra fan to make it as comfortable as possible for guests, but we apologize if it did not seem cool enough. Please let us know during your stay next time! We hope to see you again.

Yea we try to keep quiet hours after 11pm, Sometimes its hard to regulate when we are really busy but typically we can, i'm sorry about that. We usually have plenty of parking except for on event nights, after the event ends at 10pm parking usually opens up, we have big parking lot out front thatfor the most part works great, but we are becoming more and more popular. We forgot to mark you checked in so we called you back to make sure you were here, I apologize about that. Other then that I am glad you had a good time, usually guests love it here and we get great reviews, but we aren't perfect and we are still trying our best. Hopefully we see you in the future.

We hoped you enjoyed our bathhouse with a Finished sauna. We are an experience lodging establishment and glad you got to enjoy it. As always live music every Friday & Saturday with 11pm quiet hours. It has been hard to expand our breakfast because of cutbacks we had to make due to the pandemic and the cost of goods to a small business, but we did add free fresh eggs back to the menu.
