Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in NE Bend. You will have all that you need in this beautiful space! Two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, lots of modern touches and open living/kitchen space. Master is upstairs with own bathroom and Smart TV.

This is a duplex and both sides are available to rent together as well.

We offer an outdoor patio & grilling area that is private from the adjacent unit's.

Our spacious layout provides two king size memory foam mattresses - ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The unit provides a bright & inviting open-plan dining and living room area. A kitchen table that serves 4, and equipped for everything you need to cook delicious meals.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood, >10 minutes from downtown Bend & the Old Mill District, restaurants, shops and breweries.

For those looking for a taste of nature, we have easy access to hiking & biking trails, the Deschutes River, and Mt. Bachelor.

Pets are required to be on a leash in our non-fenced outdoor space. There are many walkable parks nearby for your pets. We also require that you use our pet couch quilts if your pets are on the furniture please. We also require a $20 pet fee per pet, max 2.

Plenty of street parking available.

Kaitlin is available if needed during your stay

Jackson's Corner, Cafe Yumm, On Tap (our favorite food trucks and watering hole) and the Hospital are all easily walkable. Nearby Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, Old Navy & Starbucks for shopping.

A quick 10 minute car ride will get you to the famous Old Mill district, the Deschutes River where you can float the day away, and the charming streets of historic and downtown Bend.

DOGS: We are pet friendly but not fully fenced in! Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly!


SHOWER OPERATION: For turning on the shower, get the water on, then there's a little round ring on the faucet itself, pull that ring down.
Dogs allowed by request only. $20 extra fee required. Please ask that you please keep your dogs on leash when outside, and please pick up after your pets. We do not have a fenced in area for dogs.
