Beautiful 4 Bedroom Renovated Home with A/C; 10 SHARC Passes

24 Hickory is a luxuriously appointed private home in Sunriver near the Woodland Golf Course featuring 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 4 bathrooms. The home has 2635 sq ft of living space and features a fully renovated kitchen with slab granite. The home features 2 living rooms both with flat screen tvs. 24 Hickory has a brand new private Jacuzzi on the deck. The home is centrally located near Circle 10. We are close to the North Store, the North Pool, Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park and a bike ride away from the SHARC.

This home includes 10 daily passes for the SHARC which features an indoor year round pool and an outdoor seasonal pool with water slides and lazy river. The passes also include the seasonal tubing hill. Visit sunriversharc.com for additional information and seasonal activities.

24 Hickory is cozy, yet elegant. The home features 2 master bedrooms, both with their own full bathrooms. The downstairs master has a king bed, flat screen tv and the 5 fixture bath includes a jetted tub and walk in shower. The upstairs master has it’s own bathroom and includes a tub/shower combo. Our other two bedrooms feature custom made queen/twin bunk beds made from reclaimed wood from Minnesota. The two bunk bed rooms have their own sink and have a jack-and-jill shower/toilet area. These bunk beds are large and comfortable for both kids and adults. The home comfortably sleeps 10.

Our two living rooms are spacious and comfortable and are able to accommodate 2 groups wanting to visit or watch tv. Our first living room is more formal and includes leather furniture, cow hide décor and Beverly Doolittle art. You can enjoy watching tv by the fireplace while looking out at the lovely Pondorosa trees throughout the property. Our 2nd living room is just off the kitchen and perfect for a larger group. This room has a beautiful Mitchell Gold sectional and is comfy and cozy. Perfect for watching the game while others are in the kitchen!

24 Hickory features a 3 car garage, ping pong table, Jacuzzi, 5 adult bikes, several children's bikes of varying sizes, and a BOB stroller for lots of bike riding and outdoor enjoyment. In addition, 24 Hickory includes 10 daily passes to the Sunriver SHARC (indoor and outdoor pools and tubing hill).

This home is perfect for families wanting to enjoy a beautiful Central Oregon vacation. This home is not intended for parties or large group events.

Overall we had a good stay. For the amount of money we paid for our stay, the house should not lack most anything.Want to bring to attention a few things:1. most important the stove vent not working was a huge problem. Cooking was very inconvenient for having to deal with smell all over the house. 2. Kitchen can use a griddle for most essential breakfast/ pancakes… A waffle maker and a crock pot would make cooking so much easier. 3. Dishwasher dose not work properly. Very hard to start. Buttons won’t work. 4. Instructions about the trash pick up would be extremely important. Hopefully you can keep in consideration our input

Absolutely wonderful stay. House is clean, beautiful and we will definitely stay here again. Host responds quickly to questions. SHARC passes were a great plus. Very comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. This was one of the best stays we’ve had with a VRBO property.

Beautiful Home-Attentive Host

This is a beautiful home and a perfect floor plan with multiple family rooms and private areas for our 4-generation family vacation. The home is well appointed and spotless. Beds are comfortable and there are abundant linens.We did have a few glitches that the Host did their best with but did impact our comfort and full enjoyment of the home. Communication was excellent and they always texted back promptly.

Fantastic

Really beautiful home! So spacious and perfect for our family vacation. Loved the two master suites and lots of bathrooms. Everything worked and the hot tub was delightful. Bikes were utilized and the Sharc passes were fun. Wonderful time away :))

Comfortable Fabulous Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything we needed was there to have a fabulous time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group, BBQ and just sit and enjoy the back deck. The decorating and furnishings are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Best so far

Perfect house for family gatherings with four large bedrooms, three and one half bathrooms and bunk beds for the grandkids. The house is well maintained and the air conditioning worked flawessly in the 100+ degree weather. Lots of bikes in good condition were great for early morning long bike rides on the river loop. We have rented many times in Sunriver over the years, and this house was the best so far. We had a great time celebrating daughter and grandkids July birthdays.

Great vacation home!

Wonderful vacation home in a great, Sunriver location. It has 2 en-suites with King beds. Also, it was nice having 2 sets of bunks with both having queen beds on the bottom. House was fairly well stocked. It was nice having smart tvs with access to various tv apps. It would have been nice to have fans in each room, though. Also, it had a keurig, but only a small, single-serve one. We had a great time and would love to rent it again sometime. :)

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family of ten and close to all the amenities of Sunriver and the two bigger family events in Bend and LaPine. Our host graciously allowed us entry earlier than check-in which was very much appreciated. The interior is clean, plenty of space and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, towels to go around. We weren't familiar with ROKU and had to ask for help in getting the tv's to work which our hosts jumped on to guide us through. The SHARC (Plus) passes worked great and the spa and ping-pong table provided at-home fun on the cold weekend. The baby stroller and high chair were nice to have. There were only two smaller bikes that our three older grandsons (6,8,9) could ride. The only other issues we had was that thick pollen had gathered on the porch and deck which the neighbors offered us to use their blower to remove. Not sure if the black button by the stovetop was for a fan (while cooking) but it did not work. We left a kitchen wash towel and sponge for manually cleaning dishes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel this was one of the best houses we have rented through VRBO.

Beautiful Home!

Sunriver vacation

Great time with extended family! Room for everyone and nice having the connected bathrooms. Kids loved the Sharc and the playground is close enough to walk or ride their little bikes.

Great for families

Big house, plenty of room for our big family. Just wish the fireplaces had worked. One wouldn’t even turn on and the other had a constant error and put out no heat. Didn’t contact as some of us had colds and didn’t want to share that plus with the holiday weekend didn’t think much would be done. The online listing said wood stove also but there isn’t one. Also would have been nice to know there was a car in the garage and we could not park in there. Luckily we were able to fit all vehicles in the driveway. One note—sleds or tubes provided would be nice or something saying you’ll need to bring your own because they aren’t provided at the tubing hill that we didn’t know is no longer run by anyone. We didn’t realize that until we wanted to go sledding. The snowfall was beautiful, lots of squirrels to watch, nicely maintained paths to walk, got some use out of the hot tub.

Great house and amenities

This house worked perfectly for my husband and I and our two sons and their families. There was plenty of room to spread out, and we appreciated the amenities provided: SHARC passes, bicycles, ping pong table and hot tub. Our only issue was the refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but the owners responded quickly and arrived the next day with another refrigerator which we used in the garage until the kitchen frig defrosted. They were apologetic and provided a credit on our bill which we very much appreciated. The house is conveniently located to biking trails and the north grocery store/gas station. We took a short day trip down to see Crater Lake, and were pleasantly surprised at what an easy drive it was. Definitely worth the visit! I highly recommend this lovely home for your vacation in Sunriver. It’s even nicer in person than it shows in the pictures.

Family Vacation

The house was just as presented online with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds and extra bedding, room for a large family with its two living spaces, plus many bikes to pick from in the garage. The house is located in a quiet section of Sunriver but only a bike ride away from all the fun activities. The SHARC passes saved us so much money and the grandkids had a blast!! I can’t wait to return in the future!!
