Welcome to your perfect Sunriver escape! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully designed with comfort and fun in mind. With a reverse-living layout, enjoy bright, open living spaces upstairs and cozy bedrooms tucked away downstairs for a peaceful night’s rest.

An updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and hardwood flooring are just a few of the special features that will ensure you have a wonderful time staying in this attractive Sunriver vacation rental home! The open floor plan and large windows wrapping around the second-story main living area allow lots of natural sunlight - stay cool using the A/C or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace while watching a movie on the smart TV. Prepare meals easily on the gas range and dine inside or step outside onto the large, upper deck to grill on the gas BBQ and lounge in the sun. 

The 3 bedrooms easily accommodate up to 8 guests - the light and bright primary bedroom located upstairs boasts a comfortable King sized log bed, smart TV, and DVD player. The attached bathroom conveniently offers jack-and-jill access for guests on the main upper floor.

Downstairs you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a beautiful log Queen bed and the other perfect for the kids with one standard Bunk Bed and a Pyramid Bunk (full on the bottom and a twin on the top), a second full bathroom, and access to the private hot tub.

Stay cool all summer with air conditioning, and soak under the stars in your private hot tub after a day of Central Oregon adventures. Fire up the outdoor grill on the spacious back deck while the kids (or kids at heart) enjoy a friendly game of cornhole.

Families are especially welcome! The home is stocked with a high chair, Pack-n-Play, and bikes for exploring Sunriver’s extensive trail system. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or gather with loved ones, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

This property was very clean, was nice to have bikes to ride but would have been helpful to have helmets. We definitely would book our stay here again!!

A check in time of 5pm is just too late. This is never going to be convenient for people driving in from far away. We want to unpack and settle in before dinner and have time to do something. A check in that late wastes a day of vacation. For short stays it's better to stay in a hotel where you can check in at 3 and out by 11. The house was fine overall but needs a couple repairs. The upstairs bathroom Door doesn’t close all the way or lock. Most annoying was that almost all of the outlets need to be replaced, they are too loose. Any cord plugged into the wall will just fall out. So it was frustrating not being able to plug things in where we needed them. It's also a fire hazard to have plugs barely making connections with the receptacle and flicking on and off because of the loose connection. The Master bed was too wobbly and rickety. When we first walked in my wife laughed as she could push the footboard and it moved about 10", there was that much play in the frame, it was ridiculously loose. How do people not notice this when servicing the house? I had tools in my car so I was able to tighten the bolts, but half the bolts were stripped. I also used two cargo come-along straps to hold the bed frame tighter. I didnt like having to spend 40 minutes working on the bed (and it was still too squeaky for me). The DVD player in the living room didn’t work. The internal motor that spins the dvd was broken.

I rented this property for a few days while attending a conference at the Sunriver Resort. It was great! We had everything we needed and had a great time. It was very easy to find and close to the Village and the Sharcc (though the SHARCC was closed for the season.) Bennington Properties is very easy to work with! I will use them again.

We rented this property with my adult daughter and toddler grandson, and my 17 year old son with two of his friends. The bedrooms are perfect for a large group and we loved the upstairs living space as we could all be in the same room eating, cooking, watching tv. The bikes are fun and the hot tub was relaxing.

Very nice home. Spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the bikes and enjoyed riding together as a family. As always everything was perfect! We love renting from Bennington!

We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is to get a better bed in the second bedroom. Bouncy and not very comfortable. Otherwise great !

We have rented many units and this one was one of our favorites. It was updated and pretty clean. We appreciated the prompt attention to the DVD players not working. They changed them out right away. The only thing that would have been nice was having SHARC passes.
