The Space The apartment, strategically located at Avenida de la Estación 2, has been designed with meticulous attention to detail to offer an exceptionally cozy and relaxing stay. The minimalist decor creates a warm and bright atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.

Bedrooms: It features 2 bedrooms decorated in neutral tones to ensure a restful sleep.

🛏️ Master bedroom: It features a comfortable double bed (1.40 m), nightstands, and a spacious built-in closet.

🧸 Secondary bedroom: Designed for versatility and the little ones. It’s equipped with bunk beds, a practical bench with a shoe rack, and a fold-out dresser that doubles as a changing table or small desk.

🛁 Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower screen, toilet, bidet, and a wall-mounted cabinet with drawers for all your personal toiletries. Extras include: a hair dryer, hair straighteners, and handy dispensers for gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

🛋️ Living Area: An open and cozy living-dining room—the perfect place to gather after a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains. It features a comfortable sofa bed with a chaise longue, a Smart TV, a round coffee table, and a beautiful rustic-style fireplace (decorative due to regulations, but it adds great visual charm). It also has a handy shelf behind the sofa equipped with all kinds of outlets for all your devices. The dining area features an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. The sideboard contains, among other things, board games, card games, and children’s books.

🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped and ready for even the most enthusiastic home cooks. It features a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, range hood, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and a complete set of cookware and silverware. We also have a high chair for the comfort of babies (and parents).

☕ Outdoor terrace: A breath of fresh air with a table and 4 chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast while breathing in the fresh Pyrenean air.

🚴‍♂️ Storage room: A practical storage room equipped with a shelf, a rack for storing hiking and snow gear, and a wall mount specifically designed to hang your bike trailer. Enough space to store 2 to 3 bicycles.

🚗 Garage space: Located in the building’s basement, with direct access via elevator.

🌳 Common areas: Spacious private landscaped area with a playground, accessible directly from the garage. A safe environment for children to enjoy.

Forget about long commutes; the area offers direct access to the slopes in winter and to numerous hiking trails in summer. Plus, it’s just a few minutes’ drive from Benasque, where you’ll find excellent dining options, shops, and all the necessary services.

🕒 Check-in: From 4:30 p.m. | Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

🚭 Smoking: 100% smoke-free space. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

🤫 Quiet: Parties or events are not allowed. We respect the peace and quiet of all neighbors.

🔥 Safety: The fireplace is strictly decorative. By law, lighting a fire is prohibited.

🐾 Pets: They’re welcome upon request! There is a small additional fee, and basic rules apply (no climbing on sofas or beds).

🥾 Athletic Shoes: To maintain the cleanliness you deserve, we strongly encourage you to use the storage room (on your floor) to remove, clean, and let your snow or hiking boots dry, using the designated rack. Please do not clean them inside the apartment.
