We’re pleased to present this exclusive, spacious apartment with ocean views, surrounded by tropical gardens, located a 10-minute walk from the beach, featuring a terrace that gets sun all day long and a patio with a barbecue, in the comfort of one of Benalmádena’s most prestigious and peaceful residential communities, just a few meters from the golf course.

The Space
The apartment has a separate entrance and features all the amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable bedrooms, with one en-suite bathroom and another guest bathroom with a shower. In the living room, you’ll find a fireplace and two spacious three-seater sofas, plus a kitchen, a dining area, and access to a wonderful sunny terrace with partial ocean views and a front view of the gardens, as well as a private patio with furniture for enjoying an outdoor barbecue.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a spacious and comfortable king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), where you can rest as if you were at home, two nightstands with lamps, a power outlet near the bed, and a built-in closet. It also features a ceiling fan, mosquito screens, and a heater (available only in winter).

The property features heating and cooling air conditioning in the living-dining area and kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi (private internet connection inside the apartment), and over 200 international TV channels. There is also a safe.

TERRACES
The terrace is furnished with a dining table for four and a relaxation area with two wonderful Acapulco chairs. The large private patio or terrace features a spacious table for four and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the cool summer nights.

NOTE: The grill must be cleaned of charcoal and food grease after each use; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 10 euros will be charged.

The apartment is located in an exclusive and quiet private residential complex built in the Finnish style, featuring a pool area and beautiful tropical gardens. Strolling through the community is a delightful experience thanks to its beautiful tropical gardens, filled with vibrant flowers, fragrant scents, and butterflies. You’ll have parking right outside the apartment.

The apartment is located 300 meters from the beach. At the entrance to the residential complex, you’ll find ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The bus stop for Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Torremolinos, and Málaga is 150 meters away. The airport is 15 kilometers away, and the train station is 3 kilometers away.
