A beautiful and comfortable apartment located near the beach with a spectacular terrace to enjoy the sun; the complex is situated 50–100 meters from the beach. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi (private connection inside the apartment), and air conditioning (heating and cooling) in both the living room and the bedroom.

The Space
This fantastic apartment is 50 m² and is located very close to the beach and several high-quality restaurants.

BEDROOM
It has one bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also find a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (135x200 cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the sun and the spectacular sunrises.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine and an iron.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The complex is located right next to Playa Bonita, an exclusive area that many visitors enjoy both in summer and winter.
