Based on a decision by the building\'s community of neighbours, painting work is planned in the building during March and April 2023. (Claims for or derived from this matter will not be accepted).

To ensure and expedite the registration process, tourists are required to provide an image of their ID and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations. ID and selfie images will be deleted the day after arrival. All guests must be registered to comply with local law. In addition to personal data, our government also obliges us to inform and send the following data regarding the transaction to the authorities:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Contract execution: check-in and check-out dates and times
- Property: full address, number of bedrooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, bank transfer, etc.), payment method identification (card type and number, bank account IBAN, mobile payment solution, others), payment method holder, card expiry date and payment date.
