This is a large spacious villa ideal for large families or several sharing without feeling overcrowded

A car is not necessary due to the proximity of the villa to 2 large local supermarket 180 meters away ( downhill) and bus stop with 4 buses at regular intervals allowing you either explore up to the Pueblo (5 minutes)and the stunning white washed village of Mijas Pueblo or in the opposite direction to Arroyo ( very much a Cosmopolitan town), the Beach, Marina, Torremolinos or further along to Malaga

The villa is situated within a 5 minute walk of Benalmadena Golf, par 3, 9 hole course with driving range, pro golf shop and outdoor bowling green and beautiful restaurant with panoramic views from the terrace towards the coast

There are several local restaurants and bars within a 5 -10 minute walk of the villa on your way down towards Arroyo town centre and train station (15 minutes walk) passing by the Cable Car ride

Both Public and Private hospitals are only 5 minutes away

Many Championship golf courses are all within 20-60 minutes drive from the Villa
