Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, community satellite TV (international and satellite channels are managed by the community, so Benalcoast Properties is not responsible or has control over the lack or loss of signal), large sunny terrace with side views of the sea, Bil-Bil Castle and the promenade. The kitchen includes: ceramic cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric water heater, toaster, etc. Bedding (sheets and towels) is included. Elevator in the complex.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, the gardens, the sun loungers (with supplement), the bar, the pool bar, the restaurant, the games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor, open from Monday to Sunday.

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS:
Complex with 5 pools and park with slides!

Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, you will vary between the large pool (not heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).

The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and are not dependent on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or because of the closure of the pools.

There is a supermarket located in the complex, open every day, on the ground floor.

Are you coming with a baby? No problem, we will provide you with a crib (check the supplement).

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with supplement, to be paid directly at the gym.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguins in Andalusia.

There are 1.3 km from Arroyo de la Miel station to Benalbeach: the Atenas gym is located in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. The taxi and bus stops are located at the very entrance of the complex.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
