Come stay at our clean and spacious home located in a quietĀ Bemidji neighborhood!Ā 

This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup ofĀ CaribouĀ coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, aĀ high chair, etc.Ā are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs.Ā High speed wifi powers your devices as well asĀ the 5 smart TV'sĀ that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The OfficeĀ and HBO Max.Ā 

A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons.Ā This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji!

Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 milesĀ from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile fromĀ boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance toĀ a beautiful park.

Simple Self check-in is provided. An attached 2 car garage is available for use as well as the additional free parking spaces on site.

Our large family group enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone and nice backyard to enjoy. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were! The basement shower was quite terrible and is in need of replacement. Outside of house needs some upkeep with rotting windowsills and siding.

Our extended family was looking to explore northern Minnesota. After reviewing the many VRBO options we selected this location based on the reviews. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, has good access to conveniences. The communication with the owners was good, but there were many other things that fell short. In discussing our concerns with the owners it seemed to have been a perfect storm. It is unfortunate that nothing could have been done to rectify the situation. We don't often travel in a large group that would require us to rent a home of this size.

Great property. House was nice and spacious and clean. Very happy with everything! Nice big yard although we didnā€™t bring any dogs with us. We are thinking of staying there again for sure!! Thanks for a great weekend experience!

The house was very nice. Spacious and the beds were great. Different options. We were there for a basketball tournament. And being 40 +we all were picky about our beds. There was some firm mattress and nice and comfy soft mattress. The appliances worked great. We had a nice meal cooked there as one of the friend was a cook. Great house and awesome renters. Thanks again. Ps we also booked this later in the week and still a nice deal. Better than a hotel. Pool table was a hit!!

We needed a place to stay with family since our daughter was getting married in Bemidji. This property gave us everything we needed. We needed a place that would allow dogs which accommodated us well. We would consider staying again. Nice big fenced in back yard as well.

We were a group of 7 adults. Very nice space for a group. Everything was clean. Two gathering spaces to spread out into. Nits: A slight musty smell when we arrived that dissipated. A little short on plates (just enough for our 7) and utensils. The free standing basement shower drain was slow and it needs a shelf for soap and shampoo. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Loved the large backyard and allowing pets. The bedrooms were attractive and spacious. Nice decor. Good location in Bemidji for access to our gathering place for reunion. Perfection would have been a dishwasher and less carpeting, but my 18 month old grandson loved the carpet. I probably would have been happy with no dishwasher, but I was the dishwasher. Friendly, immediately responsive hosts.

The house was large and easily accommodated 6 adults. The rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We had a great time hanging out in the living room and had ample space to get ready for the day in the three bathrooms. The check-out process was one of the best I have encountered with a home rental. It was easy to finish up without having to take our entire morning cleaning up the whole house. Felt like a hotel stay with a great amount of room.

It was my besties 50th, we are all BSU graduates, we had a great time heading down memory lane. The house was perfect, very comfortable, well stocked and in a very convenient location. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone, we only used a small portion but it would be great for a family vacation.

My husband and I plus our three boys and one girl friend stayed for two nights for our daughter's wedding. It was very clean, modern, easy check in and out and had enough space for family to come over for breakfast on the last day before checkout. Was cold outside the first night and the house stayed comfortable. Loved the coffee mugs, gas fireplace and night lights. Appreciated the wifi and little extras all over the house. Would definitely stay at this house or another one owned by these brothers.
