The cottage is located at the bottom of a dead end. Its owners are passionate about kayaks. - On the ground floor, this independent house offers you a large bright living room with kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the terrace and the garden, a separate toilet and a room with shower for your return from the beach. - On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The owners give you access to their garage (which they use as a storage place) to use the machines (washing machine and dryer) and store your bicycles/motorbikes and beach gear. Open garden and terrace. Private parking for several cars in the courtyard (in front of the gîte). Fortnightly summer rental. You can indulge in hiking, or water sports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, yachting... In Belz, you will find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Near the cottage, you will enjoy a small beach for swimming and sunbathing. Not to be missed during your stay: the islet of Saint-Cado (3 minutes on foot), Etel and its typical little port with its seaside shops, and the beautiful beaches of Plouhinec for your days of swimming and lazing around! In South Morbihan, you will be charmed by the Ria d'Etel, this small inland sea, with its coves and islets, located between Lorient and the Quiberon peninsula. Les 'Filets de la Ria' is a holiday home for 6 people.
