Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise...

"My stay at the Hampton Inn Arundel Mills Cir. was amazing !! The place looked better in person than the photos online. The entire staff was friendly. The place was super clean. The food was good. I was very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was that I wasnt able to stay longer lol... When ever I'm in Maryland again I will be booking with them or another Hampton Inn."
