"Booked a “Business Twin Room” a year in advance for three nights. Received a prison cell with no windows and no air con. To be fair we knew the hotel had no air con. But the temp was high 30s so the so called room became a slow cooker. This room and the others in the outbuildings are not fit for human habitation and should be condemned.
