"Villa Shore is everything we had hoped for our stay and more. This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Ample space to hang out inside and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we loved sinking into the giant couch in the living room after a long day in the pool or out in excursions. The pool was perfect! "Great house at the bank of the river. Just 5 minutes drive from Hopkins and restaurants. Two comfortable beds (king and queen); large kitchen with all equipment you’ll need. Airco units in all three rooms. Check in is extremely easy, with the care takers living at the gate. Swimming in the river is at own risk, since there are stories on crocodile(s), but we never saw one (our stay was in July)Highly recommended "

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). " I highly recommend Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina were both interested in everything we did, but also to make sure we had no needs or issues (which we didn’t). The listing is very accurate as the house. Very clean and well-located to Hopkins. We rented a golf cart and that was all you really need unless you want to venture further away.Great things about the place - the dock has a regular flow of manatee. We saw several. Also, the tarpon and yellow jacks at night are a blast to watch....
