Plenty of beds and driving distance to some lake towns. The one large room on the top floor has 7 beds which some people might be turned off about but it worked great for us. Beds were all very comfortable. Owner was friendly during check in

Better than the photos!

Had a great time staying at this house in Belmont. The kitchen has a great layout to have people bustling about, and the living room with the pool table and TV was a great way to kick back. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. I would come again!

Christmas getaway

The house was beautiful, enough space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. I canā€™t wait to go back during the summer and experience the back yard.

Excellent weekend away with a group

This house was such a find. It sleeps so many adults comfortably. There is so much space and comfortable couches. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and platters, etc. Check in and check out were really easy. It was the best house we could have asked for.

Great stay all around!

We had an amazing experience here! From booking to check-in to the weekend stay, everything was smooth and easy. Robert was excellent with answering questions, allowing an early check-in and an extended checkout, and was very responsive with communication. I met property managers Brandon, Jared, and Craig when I arrived and they were super helpful (and gave a great pizza delivery recommendation)! The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our group, clean and organized, and well stocked with all of the essentials we needed for our stay. Every member of our group was raving about what a great find the house was! I would absolutely recommend booking with Robert again, and our group is already talking about returning next year Thank you for a great weekend!

Family Vaca

The house was beautiful and we found plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. There was a construction worker on site working at the carriage house and he said he had no idea that people were renting the house for the weekend. The first night we noticed the one door in the dining room did not lock and the knob fell off of it outside and in the morning it was windy and we heard the carriage house door banging with the wind. We tried to call the property manager but he did not answer, he called back but I missed the call and when I tried to call back there he did not answer nor did he call again. The next time I tried to call was because the bathtub upstairs was in use and it started leaking through the ceiling but he did not answer or return my call. No text message either. But, the house was beautiful and the children all had fun things to do. It was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The boys were sad the pool table was not there but they did enjoy shuffle board!

Clean, spacious, overall awesome house great for gatherings. The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard and pool are beautiful and wonderful to spend time in. Also, two fridges!! I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

This was a great house for a large group of people, everybody slept comfortably and we were able to fit comfortably in the living spaces. Plenty of room in the kitchen for meals. Location was great as the house was close to all amenities. However, the house needs improvements with cleanliness.

Girlsā€™ Week!

The house was perfect for our very large group! There were lots of comfortable beds and plenty of space for each of us to hang out together, or separately. There was a bed on the 3rd floor that wasnā€™t really usable as it was almost completely sunken in the middle of it. 2 twin beds in the master were extremely creaky. Because of that, we did have a few people share beds, but being family, it didnā€™t impact our stay in a super negative way. The kitchen was large enough for us to socialize while we prepped meals without being too crowded, and it was well stocked. We did pull out a couple of obviously used plates from the cabinets, but washed them and just made sure to check others as we pulled them out for use. The floors seemed pretty dirty, too. Closet space was limited. There was thick dust on some of the ceiling fans as well. It was a bit cool for us to have used the pool, but it looked amazing, and the outdoor space was really impressive. Again, the size and location of this house were fantastic and more than met our needs. A few updates and a thorough cleaning would have resulted in a 5 +++++++++ star rating. We had a great time, and given the opportunity, weā€™d come back!

unreal house

We were there to celebrate a friends bachelor party. The location was great and close enough were the bars and golf wasn't too far out of the way. The property was super nice and had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep and couches as well. Would absolutely come back and enjoy a stay there again.

Golf Weekend

We have been going on these weekend golf getaways for several years and this house is as good as it gets. Huge living area, kitchen and outdoor space (deck and patio). More than enough (comfortable) beds. Terrific location. Just a great place for a large group. No complaints at all. Looking forward to going back next year.

Spacious, comfortable and convient!

We had a large family gathering of 15 including grandparents and kids from preschoolers to teenagers. All loved the home with lots of memories made! After a long day of skiing at Gunstock, everyone looked forward to relaxing in the spacious living room or gathering at one of multiple comfy spots to play card games or just hanging out. Robert was also very responsive. After a night of heavy snowing, all it took was a quick text to Robert to get a plow guy out to clear to driveway. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

We had a great time!

We booked the Belmont home for a quick weekend away from home with friends and family ages 3-40. There was plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. We had some issues with the induction stove at first but figured it out and was able to cook with a fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of beds for everyone. We would highly consider coming back in the summer for use of the pool!

January Stay

Overall the house was exactly what we needed. The only issue we ran into is cleanliness with dishes and other areas. There were dishes when we arrived and dirty ones in the cabinets. The heat was very high and we were unable to change the settings which made it difficult for some to sleep. We did have issues with the stove but the owner was quick to communicate with us. Overall the house was in fair condition and we enjoyed our stay. The living room was big and had lots of seating. The house was also nicely decorated for the holiday which was lovely. I would suggest getting a Keurig because the industrial coffee maker was not user friendly.
