"Beautiful property overlooking the water. In the morning you can enjoy hearing and watching eagles. The pictures online of the interior do not do this property justice. I'm already looking into my next stay. Great to find a property you only need to bring food and yourself. Clean, no odor of a home being semi unoccupied. If you know, you know. "The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. "5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

"The house was perfect! It fully met our expectations from the listing and was a great place to stay! There is a hot tub, sauna, gym, a comfy living room, and a functional kitchen! It was great, we had so much fun staying there. We were there in the Spring and had a blast, and could only imagine how awesome it would be in the winter with the fireplaces. I would strongly recommend staying here if it meets your needs!"

"SUPER nice accommodations in nice remote neighborhood and communication was great. Had everything and more you could need for a comfortable stay. Can’t say any negatives….well master bedroom you have to watch your head for sloped ceiling but so nicely appointed and bed super comfy and bathroom was huge. Highly recommend "
