The space:
The Bellingham Meadow House is a one-of-a-kind modern cabin tucked in a private sunlit garden setting just a stone's throw from Lake Samish. Enclosed by a canopy of mature evergreens, it offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with a covered hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and no shortage of picturesque seating areas to sip your morning coffee. There is space for all your work and recreation needs- including a well-lit office nook and plenty of parking. The house is bright, airy, and pristine. Built with wood sourced from the property, it has all the finishes: radiant floor heating, a private master patio with a hot tub, custom figured maple cabinets, a king sized tempurpedic bed, a walk-in shower with soaking tub, tall windows for maximum sunlight, and step-free access.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house, patios, and backyard.

Other things to note:
-The property is quite private and the full expansive meadow is yours to explore.

-Due to the convenient proximity to I-5, the lull of cars can be heard from the property.

-Please take note the rental space is completely private, however, there are other businesses that share the road.

- Accessibility: The home has a level driveway with step-free access throughout. The entryway is 32 inches wide and other doorways are 28 to 32 inches. The house has a shower chair and portable handrails for the bed and bathroom. Please be in contact for further descriptions of accessibility offerings.

- The house offers one bedroom and a comfortable, light floor bed that is easy to set up. A pack and play is also available with a washable full cover.

-Families are welcome. The house is quipped with toys, games, a high chair, and children’s dining needs. Let us know what else you might need and we will try our best to accommodate you.

-Due to severe allergies, pets or emotional support animals are not allowed.

-Parties, gatherings, and photo shoots are not allowed.

-Smoking, candles, incense and open flames of any kind are not permitted.

-Please keep doors locked while away.

-The perimeter of the property is equipped with secure video monitoring. The house and outdoor living spaces are not monitored by video.

-Secure entrance with 24-hour assistance

-Backup generator is on site.

-The Lake Samish boat launch with small beach is a six minute drive away.
