"New people. Not the same. Different room than we stay in. Overall okay. Disk guy a little short about things. Not happy like most the of the disk chack in lady's that makes you feel happy you're there. Don't eat there. Had a hamburger and chicken sandwich. Both were burnt and cold. Extra $9.00 ser charged why? I guess for eating ther. For 60 bucks + tip. I'll eat at crab house across the street. Fish & chips, and king crab dinner for same price. We have stayed here at least 25 to 30 times over...

"Our check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, warm water, a.c/ heater worked just fine and breakfast was alright. Overall we had a nice stay and our expectations were met. Would recommend to others, and we will definitely stay again."

"I used to stay in this hotel years ago and I can say they are doing a really good job on trying to make it nicer for guests. Some small changes on updating the facilities and there is even an elevator on the plan. The staff are super nice! From front desk to housekeeper. They are really attentive to your needs and try to make you feel like home. Cleanness is also a highlight of this stay! My only suggestion would be update the laundry room and put some more machines."
