Terrible hotel. Went to check in & was told they didn't have my reservation. Went to a different hotel. Was charged from this hotel anyway. Called multiple times to resolve issue. Was told no one was there by the name "manager" or "owner" and was told "we no charge card" & was hung up on several times. Called back the next day & the same guy told me he was the manager. After I finally got to tell him what the issue was, he kept interrupting me & wouldn't let me talk, then he told me it was a penalty charge for cancelling. When I asked him how I could cancel if he never had the reservation to begin with, he hung up on me again & would not answer the phone when I tried to call back.
