Beautiful scenery on a gorgeous lot. Well furnished 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath lake house on the point of Long Island. Right on the water with over 180 feet of shoreline. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets. New appliances, and a new kitchen island with farm house sink. Includes utensils, cups, plates, and most major kitchen appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, etc).

The space:
Enter foyer and the views through the 2 story great room to the lake are captivating! As you enter the great room, entertainers will appreciate the floor plan that opens to the kitchen and dining room. First floor owners suite with gorgeous lake views and private access to screened in patio. Spacious owners bath with double vanity, tub/shower. Main floor also features enormous laundry and 2nd full bath with tub/shower combo. 2nd Floor features large loft family room overlooking great room and dining area having views of lake. 3 Spacious bedrooms upstairs all having plenty of closet space.

Bunk room has 4 twin beds and still plenty of "weekender luggage" space.

Guest access:
All access except boat docks and watercraft. Guests can tie rental boats to the shoreline for dockage. Guests are welcome to use our kayaks.

Other things to note:
