Bellano Studio 2 - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

Studio apartment on the mezzanine floor in the heart of Bellano's historic center, located in a charming little alley just steps away from the "dolce vita" of Bellano. Suitable for two people looking for a convenient base close to the train station (6 minutes on foot), the ferry terminal (3 minutes on foot), and conveniently located near bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach, all within a few hundred meters.
The studio is accessed via a small flight of stairs and is set within a historic Bellano house. It consists of a living area with an easily convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Although it is not equipped with air conditioning, it remains very cool, as is often the case with historic houses, which have thick walls and are positioned in such a way that the sun does not heat them; the provided fan is sufficient on the hottest days.
Important point to note: the studio has a height of 2 meters, giving it a very romantic and cozy atmosphere, but it is not recommended for particularly tall people.
Furnished with taste and attention to detail, it is equipped with everything you need to prepare an Italian breakfast or cook meals and dinner to enjoy at the island table next to the kitchen: utensils, dishes and pots, coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster.
The apartment also includes internet access and a large television positioned in front of the sofa bed.

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
