Sliding closet door /bathroom door was not the best idea if someone is trying to get into the closet and someone trying to get out of the bathroom!"
"Staff was friendly, lobby is spaciousness with plenty of seating. Check in was great. They gave us an extra parking pass for the day for my friends son who was visiting with us for the day which I thought was awesome. It’s walkable to everything downtown. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. I would def stay again. "

"Great location to access the Wilson Center, downtown and the river walk. The restaurant Sugo was phenomenal! Great food and service. Every hotel employee I spoke with was nice. It seems like the staff enjoy their jobs. "
"The room was clean and spacious, there was a very useful tray table. I loved the bathrooms and the breakfast was great. The workout rooms were small but adequate and clean."

"This hotel was not only clean and conveniently located, the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. They made the stay even better.

"Os funcionarios foram sempre muito atenciosos e prontos a resolver qualquer pedido. Meu primeiro quarto cheirava mofo e o ar-condicionado necessitava limpeza no filtro, pois ao liga-lo para aquecer o quarto, o alarme de fumaça ou incendio disparava. Ao relatar este inconveniente e desconforto a recepção, a atendente fez questao de ja providenciar um novo quarto, o qual estava perfeito em todos os sentidos. "The hotel smells fusty, since you get into the lobby there’s a laundry back to reception and I don’t know what is the problem but it’s not good. The same problem in the room, looks like it’s an old construction and they don’t care about to make it clean for the people."
