Guests love the prime location—just a short walk to the Lakeview Restaurant, Shanty Bar, fitness center, spa, and ski area. In winter, you can drive or take the nearby shuttle to Schuss Mountain for a day on the slopes, then return to warm up by the cozy fireplace. In summer, enjoy access to the private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire, where you can swim, paddle, or relax in the sun.

Inside, the condo features a full kitchen, comfortable living space, stacked washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a spacious back deck overlooking the peaceful surroundings. The refundable security deposit is $500 to cover the cost of the pool pass if lost. It is refunded upon departure if the pass is not lost.
