This cozy condo is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resorts. It has 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is 600 square feet, sleeps 4, and has a full kitchen. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, large television, and access to the private deck which provides amazing views over Lake Bellaire including beautiful sunsets. To access the condo, you will need to navigate a full flight of stairs (with double railing) as it is on the lower level. The property is a short walk to the Summit Village and Lakeview Restaurant. The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, skiing/snowboarding, alpine tubing, chair lift rides for fall color tours, trails, and an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. You will also have access to the Lake Bellaire Beach Club. The town itself has unique shops and great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

Our condo includes access to:
1. The Private Beach Club with a beautiful sandy beach. This is a short drive, < 2 miles. At the Club there is a pavilion, gas grills, bathrooms, kitchen, play ground, boat dock, and lounge chairs. There is free public boat launch right next to the beach club.
2. Additional parking area for trailers, boats, etc.
3. Heated outdoor pool (seasonal), and heated indoor pool and hot tub at Lakeview Hotel. This is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. There is also a heated indoor pool and hot tub at Schuss Mountain Lodge.
4. Free and safe resort shuttle that runs between properties and to downtown Bellaire.

Less than an hour away you'll find Alden, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Other trips that are about 1 1/2 hours away include Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes.
