Lower Level



​The main entry door is located on the lower level, right off the driveway and a couple steps up. This floor is a kid’s (and adult’s) paradise with games, cool décor and lots of things to do. The main rec room area is spacious with dimmable LED lighting, leather sofas and chairs, and a smart TV with old school Atari. There`s a retro pool table, cornhole and giant Connect Four. There’s also a great retro table top arcade game loaded with hundreds of all the great games you remember from the 80s and 90s. This floor also contains a full bath with custom tiled tub/shower and two bedrooms – one with a twin/full bunk and twin trundle pull-out. The other bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds for the kids. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms, and also a refrigerator for your use on this floor as well. And the kids may be interested in their own special spot in the “fort” located under the stairs 😊.







Main Floor



​Taking the stairs to the main level (there`s also a front door to the main level, with stairs to the driveway area) the entire kitchen / living room / dining room is all open space with gorgeous soaring knotty pine ceilings and tons of windows. The kitchen has a huge quartz topped island with a main sink and seating for 4. There`s plenty of storage space (cabinets, pantry, etc.), a new refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave and dishwasher. There is another sink in the main counter space as well. All utensils, pots, pans, etc. are provided, as is complimentary coffee and tea. The kitchen opens to a spacious living area with new leather sofas, comfy chairs, and a beautiful, 60` linear electric fireplace to gather around with friends and family. A large smart TV is mounted over the fireplace. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a large dining table with seating for 8-10, and overlooks the spacious deck. A ceiling fans keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Also on this floor: a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and seating. A full bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower (including under niche LED lighting) and floating vanity. A laundry room with high capacity washer/dryer is right next to the bathroom. Sliding glass doors in the living area open onto the deck - with serene views of the woods and firepit. On the deck there’s seating for dining and an outdoor sofa set and gas grill for your use.





Loft Level



Taking the stairs up to the loft area, you`ll find a large bedroom with a queen bed, seating, dresser, smart TV, and open closet for storage. There is also a beautiful half bath with a skylight adjacent to the bedroom. The loft area is open to below, with views of the woods through the huge windows. It also has seating and a desk / chair if you MUST work while you’re on vacation… 😊





Outside & Other Amenities



A-Frame of mind is perched at the top of a small hill in the woods. The driveway is rather steep and can be slippery in the winter – 4-wheel drive is recommended. At the top of the driveway there’s a firepit right across from the deck with chairs for gathering and the Finnish style barrel sauna is just steps away (awesome in the winter!). The house is in the woods surrounded by some open space There’s plenty of room for parking cars in the circle drive.

Also....you’ll have complimentary access to the indoor pool / hot tub at Schuss Village



For skiing, the lifts at Schuss Mountain are a 2-minute drive away. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a cold beer and warm atmosphere at Ivan’s slope-side lounge. For even more skiing terrain, try Boyne Mountain - about a 35 minute drive away.



For dining, you can:



Take a short drive to Schuss Village, Summit Village or Cedar Village for dinner.



Another quick drive takes the family to historic Bellaire, with attractions like Short’s Brewery, Bellaire Bar, Toonie’s Fish & Steakhouse, and a host of other quaint shops and restaurants.



The River Bistro at Cedar River Village and the Lakeview at Summit mountain (which overlooks Lake Bellaire) offer fine dining opportunities.



For a modest daily fee, you can use the Summit Village health spa and workout facilities



In the Schuss mountain sub - private, wooded area with Austrian themed home designs and rolling, paved roads and walking paths



The neighborhood is great for biking/walking, easy drive to nearby Bellaire, Shanty Creek Resorts and other towns/attractions.
