Where the sky meets the lake, framed by the mountains lies the La Spiaggia residence.
Ideal for couples and families of up to 6 people, the BellaGiò apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Inside the residence there is a swimming pool and a solarium with sun loungers.
There is a convenient parking inside the residence reserved for the BellaGiò apartment.
It is only 100 meters from the lake

New apartment, furnished in modern style in August 2019, fully air conditioned and heated, equipped with WiFI, can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the second and last floor the apartment is attic with exposed beams, equipped with windows and automatic velux to admire the sky from all the rooms.
In all rooms there are several electrical outlets.

Entrance directly into the living room, relaxation area with double sofa bed and flat screen TV.
Extendable table to accommodate up to 8 people.
Fully equipped open kitchen with peninsula where you can have breakfast or a quick lunch.
The kitchen is complete with everything: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, moka pot, pots and all the utensils necessary for the autonomous preparation of meals.

BATHROOM
Complete with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Also present first aid kit.

ROOM 1
Double bedroom with more velux window from which you can enjoy a view of the starry sky directly from the bed; a spacious wardrobe completes the bedroom.

ROOM 2
Room consisting of 2 single beds, convertible into a double bed upon guest request.

In summer there is a swimming pool (maximum height 1.5m) shared with the other guests of the residence.
In the solarium area there are 4 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs for the exclusive use of the guests of BellaGiò. October

Inside the complex, on the street level, there is a parking space for exclusive use.

Access to the structure is via a driveway and private parking is available inside the structure.
Passing by the swimming pool you can access the residence.
The BellaGiò apartment is located on the second and top floor, an elevator is not available.

The tourist tax is not included and is equal to € 1.5 per night for a maximum of 7 nights, children up to 11 years of age are exempt.
In order to stay you need to present a valid identity document.
