This newly updated condo is ideally located in a wooded setting close to the Back 40 Trail and Blowing Springs Park. Offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. The unique layout of this condo makes it the perfect space to entertain any group.
The lower level is home to a lovely living area with a sectional and smart TV. You’ll also find a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and plenty of space to cook together.
Step outside onto the balcony and relax in the deluxe hot tub overlooking the hills of Bella Vista. Dine alfresco at the patio dining area or gather around with the Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit.
The garage is like no other. It offers a place to store bikes but also boasts a Ping-Pong table and state-of-the-art gym equipment. With so many activities there is something for everyone.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
