"The property was absolutely stunning. It was a perfect fit for our big family. I would certainly give this property an excellent review. There should be a little bit more seating in the living room area if you have a big family. The house is located on the river so there are many steps steps to get into the house and steps of course to get to the second floor so if you have any issues with hips, feet, etc. be prepared it may take you a little bit longer to get in and out. "Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. "Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. "Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. "The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! "
