"I booked to stay in this hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary with the kids. They are excited that they will get to swim after a long time. But then when we arrived, the receptionist told us the pool is closed and is under renovation. Didn’t even offer us anything except asking us to go to a public pool instead. "Bathroom door could use replacing, it was an effort to close it securely. The self-moistening toilet cycled for nearly an hour after flushing and was quite loud. Our room came with a complementary bottle of wine corked with no bottle opener provided. We called reception for a bottle opener and it took an hour to arrive, similarly for towels.
