"Lovely large property with quiet outside deck area, comfy bed, excellent communication from Alex, the host, laundry facilities more than adequate for a large family (biggest machines outside of a commercial laundry that I've seen!). One suggestion would be to have a set of smaller plates (side plates) rather than just the very large plates. Would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"The location is very convenient, close to downtown, close to a grocey store (Sobey 2 min drive) and a nice cafe (Postmaster cafe, 4 min drive). The host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Very happy with our accommodations, the place was super clean, everything that we needed (or might need) was provided, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's."

"Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. "

"The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house."

Krista the host was great to work with and we found the Kenmount area to be a great location to get around in and not too far from downtown when we wanted to go and explore there. Overall we love St. John's."

"The location was good, the house was very clean and well maintained. It was my first VRBO experience and found it unusual to have so many of the host’s personal belongings still in the house. Family pictures, clothes in the closets and half used food in the fridge with no instructions as to whether or not any or all were included or excluded in the stay. There’s a camera onsite and an alarm that sounded a number of times during our first night.We were charged 100 for extra guests even though...
