"I didn' even sleep there. After taking a shower, the noise of waters it has remaneid. I reported thus to guy of reception and he didn't anything about. The noise was so loud I could not sleep. So, I left the hotel whitout sleep there. The room is dirty, with a bad smell."

Staff were cery good.
Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
