Checkout Fee: I was charged an unexpected 10€ fee at checkout, simply for being a non-Serbian guest. There was no prior notice or mention of this fee during check-in or anywhere else. It felt unfair and misleading.
Lobby Customer Service: The attitude and behavior of the staff at the reception desk were extremely unprofessional and irritating. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable while interacting with them.
Invasion of Privacy: I noticed staff taking photos of trash bags and personal items. This raises serious concerns about privacy. Even if intended for internal purposes, such an approach is unacceptable and intrusive.
Room Intrusion Pressure: Despite clearly stating that I did not want anyone entering my room, the housekeeping team repeatedly pressured me by calling and even displaying my room number on the TV screen. This was both disrespectful and uncomfortable.
Room Service Unavailable: The hotel claims to provide room service between 11 PM and 7 AM, but when I called three times during those hours, no one answered. I then contacted the reception, and they said they would get back to me — as you might guess, no one ever did.
