Slow down and relax at Green Gables, a 5 bedroom farmhouse on 5 acres that is a quick 7-minute drive to Bozeman Costco. The original homestead in this area, the house, barn, and out-buildings were constructed over 100 years ago.

Enjoy beautiful views of the Bridger Mountains and the Gallatin Range from the wrap-around porches or the secluded hot-tub. Stroll the property with its original barn, hayloft, and corrals, or take a short walk to the Gallatin River, where hiking trails and trout beckon. You are minutes from trails and creeks flowing out of the Bridger Mountains.

The house has recently been completely remodeled and furnished with many antiques. You'll enjoy the warmth of a country farmhouse that feels like you've stepped back in time, but you'll appreciate the modern technology of two large-screen tvs and fast internet.

There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds and a 5th bedroom with a single twin bed, plus we have a premium queen airbed if you need more beds.

There are two bathrooms, one off the master, that has a classic slipper tub but not a shower. The 2nd bathroom has a shower-tub combination.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and pans, spices and oils, and other cooking supplies. The large marble-top island in the kitchen comfortably seats 5 for dining, while the adjacent dining room has a large pine table with 8 chairs. The spacious living room contains a large-screen LCD TV and Bose sound system.

All beds are "heavenly", with compression foam tops and down comforters. You will find the bathrooms supplied with lush towels plus premium soaps and lotions.

There is lots to do for kids, both indoor and outdoor. The house is well stocked with games and balls, there is a sunken trampoline in the large fenced backyard along with the hot tub.

The rural location is great for "getting away", but is only 7 minutes to Costco, 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, 20 minutes to Montana State University, and 7 minutes to the airport.
