For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated and open from March to November (unheated in July/August). Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful 200 m² garden
- A first-floor terrace and a 45 m² ground-floor covered terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
