The Townlets Townhouse - 5BR - sleeps 13

Newly Renovated large town house, short Distance away from Queens University, the nightlife hub of the Dublin road and the Botanic Gardens. Great for accommodating larger groups and has a ground floor bedroom and bathroom with disabled facilities.

The bedding is the same high quality as a Hotel.
Located 4 doors down from a Laundrettes, comes equipped with a Dishwasher and Fridge.
Two bedrooms benefit from have an ensuite.

Guest can contact me on my mobile throughout there stay with any issues

On street parking available, Smoking area located at the back of the property and Non Smoking indoors.
The Wifi had been installed professionally networked throughout the house and therefore a strong signal is maintained throughout the house.
House benefits from free sat television.

Good

The property was very clean. I was impressed with that because of how old the place is. Our kids enjoyed staying there. The location was ok. Close enough to everything, but the neighborhood was kind of sketchy. The park down the street is a huge bonus! We walked through the park every time we go into the city. Gorgeous. Thank you!

Great weekend stay in Belfast

I stayed with my extended family (5 adults, 6 children) for a weekend and we had a wonderful experience. The first floor bedroom and bathroom were great for one member of our party with mobility issues. The rest stayed upstairs, and were happy with the rooms, which were large and featured comfortable beds (two beds were missing the comforter… maybe it just didn’t get added back after the last cleaning) The neighborhood was a bit far from the city center, but walkable, and this also meant ample free parking, which was a good trade off. The street can be a bit loud on a weekend night as there is lots of student housing, but the windows are high quality and did a really good job bringing the noise down. The kids were happy with the WiFi speeds, and that there were plenty of well located outlets! The only two things that could be improved are checkout instructions (we just left linens on beds and put the trash outside in a barrel), and the couches in the main living area could use an update sooner than later. Those were both very minor compared to all of the positive aspects of this house!

No what expected

The bed linen and towels were clean. There was no toilet roll or hand soap for all toilets. Had to go out and shop for this, kitchen rolls and cleaner. The dishwasher was not working for the entire stay. To add to the trauma, there was no plug for the kitchen sink to effectively hand wash dishes. Pots and pans were in bad condition and some did not even suit induction hob. No home would have these pans or utinsels. We were unable to cook dinner and pan lamination was coming off on fried food. No spatula or pan lifter utensils, so could not even cook eggs. No decent saucespans. Living room furniture, like the saucepans, had appearance of being picked up at side of the street in a neighbourhood pick up. Very uncomfortable and would possibly suit a maximum capacity of 4 people. The TV channels did not work and no ability to use smart connection. WiFi worked but instructions pointed to incorrect connection. There was no response to call and email about dishwasher and wifi. Left phone message. Guests had to spend excessive time washing dishes, cooking several batches with the availale small pans. 2 guests decided not to stay at all For the price this was surprising and would never be expected

Communication upon and during arrival was intermittent and took longer than anticipated. Many aspects of the apartment were less than ideal. There was a fresh spot of blood on the bed on the third floor, light bulbs were missing and continued to burn out, water pressure and hot water was very poor. There were very limited towels especially in the kitchen. And the host messaged me last minute that a maintenance man was going to stop by. That’s not ok with a group of girls and all of our valuables unsecured in the apartment. The location was scetchy in the immediate location (we were ask if we were “banging) but it was very close to a great shopping strip. I would not recommend this place.

We stayed here as 9 adults and the space was great and the location convenient. The bedrooms were big and the beds super comfy. There were bits of the house that could be improved but for the price we paid it would be unfair to quibble about these. My only concern was the fact the bedroom window in the top bedroom was broken and wouldn't open and there were signs for fire extinguishers but no extinguishers and it did cross my mind we would be a bit trapped in a fire. So maybe something the owner could look into. The location was great for us and we found it very quiet . As a group of females we didn't feel safe walking back at night as about a mile or so down the road there were groups of boys but they were never near the house and an uber was only 5 euroish into the centre. During the day we happily walked back and forth or got the train from the station near by,

Nice, simple place but no water pressure.

Nice place for all 12 of us. No water pressure for top floor though. Showers and bath sinks on top floor stopped working seemingly randomly. When they did, water pressure and temp control were almost unusable. Other floors ok, first floor shower was quite good.

Great Belfast location

Easy! This was a see less process. Great communication. The place is a perfect location. It was better than we had hoped for. It’s close to a college. The inside was nice. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. That was really helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone going to Belfast.

Nice to have enough beds and baths for a bigger group. It was clean and the beds were very comfy.

It was a great location but the street parking was tough. A little understocked, no paper towel or napkins and just shampoo but no soap in the bathrooms. No coffee pot but did give instant coffee and a hot pot. Very quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Easy access, no keys just a key pad made it very easy coming and going. Close to many restaraunts and public transportation. Would stay there again.

Exactly what we wanted!

Our group of 9 ladies stayed for 2 nights exploring Belfast for a hen do. The house was absolutely perfect for our requirements! Spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Showers were good although the one at the top of the house was a little low on pressure but nothing major. No complaints or problems. The Wifi was good, the keypad front door means no worrying about losing keys etc. Highly recommended! Would very happily stay again. Note - bring slippers as can be cold underfoot!

Had a great experience.

Home was cleaned and maintained well. It was great for our large family of ten. Would recommend to others if they will be in Belfast. Other homes close by were not in good condition. A lot of properties looked like they were in need of repair and many for lease signs in the neighborhood. Location was good, not far from shopping, pharmacies,groceries and restaurants.

City Living in Belfast

We were looking for a large, comfortable home to accommodate a group of 9 people and luckily we found this spacious town house in Belfast. There were many bedrooms each with two to three clean, comfortable beds. Each bedroom had USB outlets for charging purposes and the TV provided access to Netflix which was fantastic! The owners were quick to answer any questions and they came to the house in less than an hour to assist with a minor issue we had with trash pick up. The location is in an up and coming neighborhood that houses university students during the school year. We went in July and it was what one would expect for a house in the city. Pubs, great restaurants, and hop on hop off buses all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this town house to anyone visiting Belfast!

Great house for a large group

We loved our weekend in the Belfast house, it is perfect for a large group, there were 11 of us, it was comfortable and clean. A couple of little things could be improved the amount of glasses crockery etc was a bit light (only 8 wine glasses) but Ben the house manager came to our rescue... Bringing some round really quickly. The location was really close to the beautiful botanical gardens and a 20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Nice unit, lots of room, clean

Peter was responsive to is.Desciption is accurate. Location is close to downtown. Not the greatest neighborhood, but we felt safe. 1 bedroom and bath on 1st floor, two bedrooms and a bath on second floor, and two more bedrooms and a bath on third floor. Not in our top VRBO properties of all time, but we would stay there again.

Very good

We were 10 men. Nice and clean beds and bedrooms. Crane and shower should be fixed in one of the bathrooms (but they still works). Very ok kitchen for 10 peoples. Owner should order taxis to collect us at the airport, but no taxis. I called him, but no answer. But, we were happy with everything else.
