A ground-floor duplex at the Solemar Beach Resort, located near one of the pools. The resort is in Kaslik, Jounieh, Keserwan. The complex features 4 pools, tennis courts, basketball and soccer fields, a barbecue area, restaurants, supermarkets, and access to a private beach (for residents only). VERY IMPORTANT: All amenities are INCLUDED in the rental fees, such as the generator, electricity, Wi-Fi, access to the pools, etc.... The pools are open from June 1, 2025, to October 15, 2025. As a self-catering chalet, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The chalet is the perfect place to relax and features a television and internet access, as well as three new air conditioning units—one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. This chalet consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room (with double sofa beds), 3 balconies, and a kitchen; it comfortably accommodates 8 people. The first bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom also features a double bed. There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Smoking is permitted on the balconies only. - Free on-site parking is available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property; they are part of the family.
