"Ficamos por 6 noites, o apart tinha acabado de ser inaugurado. Tudo novo, cozinha compacta super bacana (ainda faltavam panelas) e banheiro ótimo. A localização é excelente para passeios bate e volta pela região norte da Floresta Negra. O proprietário foi bastante gentil e simpático, explicou q alguns itens menos essenciais ainda estavam chegando, mas q ele inaugurou porque era preciso. Super entendemos. "Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Wir haben über Ostern ein paar schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist top – super ruhig, mitten im Grünen, mit Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Genau das Richtige zum Abschalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft."

"Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete wohnung über 2 etagen in einer nostalgischen villa mit ganz speziellem charme. komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet, lässt keine wünsche offen. von toilettenartikeln (zahnbürste, handtücher, badeschlappen, sogar bademäntel und vieles mehr) über eine sehr gut ausgestattete küche (alle geräte vorhanden, sogar mit kaffeepads usw. ausgestattet) bis zur einrichtung und den vielen schlafmöglichkeiten und räumlichkeiten kann man diese unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen....
