Family holidays in a bright and airy villa with extensive sea views and pool.

With just 3 minutes by car, we reach the bay of Sa Riera, and at the same distance three are the beaches of Illa Roja and Platja del Raco, also in Begur. In the same bay of Sa Riera, we find the services of a supermarket, bars, and restaurants.
The house has different seating areas alfresco. From the pool, the chill out terrace and the porch you can enjoy extraordinary views of the sea. The terraces of the entrance area of the house facing south have great privacy and are an excellent rest area in the shade.
The garage of the house is at street level. The villa is reached by steps down from the road and is arranged on two floors.
In front of the entrance door there is a large outdoor lounge. The first room we find when we cross the door is a living-dining area that gives access to a terrace-porch with extraordinary views of the sea. The pool area can be reached by steps down from this terrace.
To the right of the dining and living area, down a few steps, is the master bedroom suite with bathroom. Also, with access to terrace and the impressive view of the sea.
And at the same level, to the left of the living, is the kitchen and its small living room. Modern and well-equipped kitchen and a small living area with access to terraces and pool area. We imagine this area as the ideal place to have coffee reading a book or the press while the rest of the house is still asleep.
Next to the dining area there is a staircase down to the rest of bedrooms level and a guest’s toilet.
At the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor there is a hallway converted into a lounge with a television .
On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms, and direct access to a terrace and the pool area. There are also two full bathrooms and the laundry room.
