"The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality.
The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful.
Not a repeat destination."

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. We had one issue with a slow draining bath, but I mentioned this to the front desk and while we were out on Saturday they repaired it. The property is showing a little age , but everything was nice enough. We did not do the restuarant or the bar facilities, so I have no opinion on them."

"We stayed at the Best Western for a reunion weekend in Poughkeepsie. The hotel was at best, sub par. For the money that you pay per night, this is a grift! The bathroom was gross with the towel rack coming off the wall and an old phone that didn’t work hanging on its last leg in the bathroom.
There was no hairdryer in the room and there wasn’t enough soap or shampoo for two people.
Every time someone walked by our room, the door rattled and shook as if someone was trying to break in!
Don’t get...

"Would be a great place if it were updated. In leaving I saw some open rooms - and perhaps we got the worst room? There were some without carpet?
Our carpet was stained (like… a Lot of stains all over) the door had a water line on it like there had been a flood in there… bathroom had no toilet paper holder… just holes where there has been, the area around the lights in the bathroom was half painted.
Definitely a functional place as the amenities were decent, but the general appearance of the...
