"Beds are extremely, painfully soft. Building is disorienting- even staff get turned around. Problems were not resolved in a timely manner. I feel bad for reception bc they are kind but the place is not a good spot."

Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed.
